For those who aren’t familiar, Fear The Riff Expo is an annual guitar pedal and amp expo held at the Brooklyn Expo Center where veteran and up and coming vendors showcase their guitar accessory products. Event sponsors included Sam Ash, Lagunitas, Tone Mob and Sinestra Studios. Fear The Riff welcomed PRS Guitars, Ibanez, Gibson Guitars, Schecter Guitars, Jackson Guitars, Marshall Amps as vendors and many more.

Jake Bowen of Periphery, among many other renowned artists in the guitar world, made a guest appearance at Fear the Riff Expo II in Brooklyn, NY on August 11, 2018. Jake broke out his brand new Ibanez L.A. Custom Shop, 27 fret guitar for Sinestra Studios: Bloodlines to talk about some of its custom features in the video above. Many have already expressed that they would like to see Jake’s custom guitar as an Ibanez production model at a future NAMM show.
