Article: Revocation and the End of The Studio 9/4/15

Lets open up with this shortcut to what can ultimately be the end of the story. Revocation at The Studio at Webster Hall is a VERY, VERY RIDICULOUS IDEA. Several Reasons why. Reason the first… Every single person was crowd surfing onto the stage when the mosh put was at its worst. Reason the second, crowd surfers kept knocking over monitors and microphones during the performances, thank goodness for people in the front row who kept fixing the situation that was continuously getting screwed. Between the massive crowd, the mosh pits and the crowd surfers who felt it was necessary to come to us photographers to cause issues, this show was utter insanity. The asylum was open for business and every single freak came out to play. Working with skullsnbones.com that night, we managed to interview Mr. Dave Davidson of Revocation yet again and newcomer Aaron Akin of Eone Entertainment newly fresh act “Black Fast” Speaking of them, go check out their music cause these guys are twisted. It was a future of metal night to see Black Fast and Revocation on the same stage. With everyone throwing their chips onto the “future of metal” table, we have one hell of a start with both of these acts involved. Check out the photos and set-lists below of all acts.
