The Summer Slaughter festival rolled into Manhattan’s Irving Plaza with a very strong outing. Consistent bands who deserved to be on this bill tore up the almost sold out venue and capped the night with some energizing performances from Morbid Angel (YES, you read that right) and Dying Fetus. All the bands respectively held their own and complimented eachother well. Check out the photography for Goatwhore, Origins, Thy Art IS Murder, Dying Fetus and Morbid Angel. All the other acts were NOT photographed due to time constraints and interview selection times.
