The Ritual That is… Superjoint 10/11/17
Superjoint Ritual and King Parrot together at my home, the Gramercy Theater. It doesn’t get no better than that doesn’t it? Well, I hate to break it to you, it did get better. Superjoint drummer Joey Gonzalez gave me an opportunity to shoot Superjoint’s ENTIRE set from the photo pit and the drum kit. With legends like Jimmy Bower, Stephen Taylor, Kevin Bond and of course… Phil Anselmo, I utilized every opportunity to get the best photos I could muster. The same went with King Parrot, who 15 minute photo pit session gave me more badass memories that compare to their shows I have covered in the past, most notably their St. Vitus show in 2015. Check the photos down below that also include Cane Hill and Devildriver. Child Bite was not able to perform this show, and therefore cancelled.
