Ipecac Recordings own Tomahawk (Mike Patton (Faith No More, Fantômas), Duane Denison (The Jesus Lizard), Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle) & John Stanier (Battles, Helmet)) comes to New York City’s Best Buy Theater to celebrate the release of their current album “OddFellows” with Brooklyn’s own Buke & Gase who are the opening act. Check out the photos below and find the article on MetalInsider as well. The overall show was rather interesting. Only eight shows in this tour and it felt utterly empty to shoot this show. The lighting was sub par as well, but hell they had a BIG sound to compensate the disadvantages. This is all from a photographers point of view, the crowd was rather involved and intensified their cheers and celebrations during the moments that counted. It truly goes to show you how the UNDERDOGS are underrated, but not contained. No No No…. keep up the great work guys, especially you Mr. Patton.
